Celes Fran is a filmmaker, storyteller, and creative force behind Orbit. With a background in film and entertainment business, and a love for stories that hold both truth and tenderness, she crafts narratives that reflect real emotion — messy, beautiful, and unforgettable.
Orbit is her return to the director’s chair — and the start of a much larger vision.

Currently based in Los Angeles, Celes is building Orbit from the ground up — writing, directing, casting, producing, and documenting the entire process along the way.
David Anthony
1st AD
David Anthony is a longtime colleague of Celes, collaborating on writing, shooting, and filmmaking projects. With a background in producing online marketing content for brands and an impressive resume as an Assistant Director on shorts, pilots, and feature films, David brings both experience and focus to the role of 1st AD for Orbit.
Known for his steady temperament, strong understanding of film departments, and ability to motivate a team, David ensures that each production day runs efficiently while keeping safety and crew morale at the highest priority.
Sonny
Director of Photography
Sonny is a Los Angeles native cinematographer with over a decade of experience in the world of film and commercial advertising. Highly adaptable to projects of varying scale and creativity, his technical expertise and hands-on approach extends from production through post-production, including professional experience in color grading and editing. His musical background informs his ethos of rhythm and precision.
